Thank you for your interest in submitting an idea for WearPittsburgh!

If you would like to submit your idea, concept, graphic or other material to WearLocal LLC for use in a future product and receive $50, you may do so by describing your idea and/or providing a drawing or design by attachment below.

But you will first need to provide the following information, and agree to the RELEASE set forth below.

RELEASE

In consideration of the potential use of the attached submission (the “Submission”), I hereby irrevocably assign to WearLocal, LLC, its agents, licensees and assigns, all of my right, title and interest, including but not limited to all copyrights and trademarks, in the ideas, concepts, graphics or other materials contained in the Submission for use in whole or in part or in conjunction with other ideas, concepts or graphics or other materials, in any medium, for the purpose of inclusion in WearLocal, LLC’s  or its affiliates’ products or in the advertising, marketing or sale thereof without any further compensation to me except that stated below.

WearLocal LLC is under no obligation to use the Submission and if, in its sole discretion and for any reason, it decides not to use it, WearLocal LLC shall have no obligation to me whatsoever. If WearLocal, LLC uses the Submission for any of its products or in the advertising, marketing or sale thereof, I will be paid a one-time flat fee of $50. I understand and agree that this is the only compensation that I will receive if the Submission is accepted for use.  I understand that it is possible for more than one individual to submit similar ideas, concepts, graphics or materials.  In the event of such an occurrence, only the individual whose idea, concept, graphic or material we receive first will be deemed the author/creator and only that individual will be paid under this Release if the Submission is used.  I understand that I may not be entitled to any payment under those circumstances.

This Release constitutes a legally binding assignment of the copyright and/or trademark in the Submission.  By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this Release, I acknowledge that I am the author and/or creator of the Submission, and that I have the authority to convey, transfer, sell and assign the attached Submission to WearLocal, LLC, and that no third party has any rights in the Submission.

WearLocal, LLC may alter or edit the Submission in any way, and WearLocal, LLC may use the Submission or any portion thereof in any manner without crediting me as the author or creator or otherwise.  I waive any right to approve any use of the Submission, or any portion thereof, that WearLocal, LLC may make or authorize, and I release, discharge and agree to indemnify, defend and save harmless WearLocal, LLC, its principals, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, assigns and representatives from any claim or liability in connection with the use of the Submission as aforesaid or by virtue of any alteration, processing or use thereof in composite form, whether intentional or otherwise.

I have had the opportunity to consult with legal counsel regarding this Release.  I am over eighteen (18) years of age.  I have fully read and I fully understand this Release, intending to be legally bound.
